Policies

Online Bookings are open 24/7 for your convenience. You can use the Book Now button/link on my social media profiles to book and manage any future bookings. You can also access the bookings through HERE.

Booking Fee:

All bookings at Beautique Lashes require a 50% non-refundable booking fee. This is NON-REFUNDABLE, in the case of cancellation outside my policy, it will automatically be reverted to be a credit on your account which can then be used at a later date.

This fee secures the appointment time you have chosen and I have set aside for you.

It sucks to turn up to work and not be paid, so this is exactly what the booking fee covers.


Cancellation Period:

A confirmation text message is sent out 72 hours prior to your appointment. Simply reply Y to mark the appointment as confirmed.

If you need to reschedule at this point, please head to my online bookings and follow the prompts.

If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, you will forfeit your booking fee. This means that it will NOT revert as credit to your account.

Cancellation of an appointment from 8pm the night prior will be charged the remaining balance of the appointment as I simply cannot fill your timeslot with this little notice.

No shows will be charged the remaining appointment balance and be blocked from booking any future appointments.

A reminder email is also sent out 48 hours prior to your appointment.


Payment:

Along with your booking fee, which is paid at the time of booking, the remaining balance of your appointment need to be paid upon the commencement of your service.

I accept cash or all card type (processed through the secure Commonwealth Bank Eftpos terminal), and I accept Afterpay Card too.

All card transactions incur a 1.1% transaction fee.


After Hours Appointments:

If you are struggling to find an appointment within my designated open hours, I may be able to organise extra care for my kids, but there will be a $20 After Hours Fee added onto the service cost.

This fee is also applicable for appointments at 8am.


Be Punctual:

I have a 15 minute grace period, this time will come off your overall booking timeframe therefore your lashes may not be 100% full.

On most days, I run my days back to back and cannot extend an appointment last minute as it has a cascading effect on the rest of my day.


Lash Guarantee:

All products used are of the highest quality but there is always a chance that something doesn't go quite as to plan so I offer a 48 hour guarantee.

If you loose a significant amount of extensions within this period, contact me ASAP so we can get you in for a touch up.

This guarantee is only applicable if you use Beautique Lashes Lash Bath. Any other Lash Bath alternatives will void this policy.


Allergic Reactions:

Beautique Lashes will not be held liable in the case of an allergic reaction.

Allergic reactions are completely natural and out of my control, it comes down to your eyes and how they cope with external products being applied.

At your initial appointment, you will fill out a thorough consultation form. It is out of my control if you wish to withhold prior allergy information and you do have another reaction.

If you have had a reaction in the past, you can schedule a Consultation where I use all the products I normally would to see how your eyes react.


Foreign Refills:

Unfortunately there is no 48 lash guarantee on foreign refills (refill over another techs exisiting lashes).

I recommend a removal and full set whenever you change lash technicians for whatever reason.


Lash Amount for Refills Eligibility:

All light lash refills must have at least 50% of the lash extensions remaining to be considered a light refill. You may be charged for heavier refill based on the amount remaining if I have time to do a heavier refill, we will chat about this before preceding with any service.

Please ensure you are following all suggested aftercare for ultimate retention.


Clean Lashes:

Please ensure you come to your appointment with clean lashes!

I can tell when your lashes have not been washed on the day of your appointment; or when they haven't been washed at all.

New extensions do not stick to dirty lashes! it is not my job to clean them.

For any full set service, please avoid mascara for 48 hours prior to your booking.

 

Illness:

If you do unfortunately fall sick on the day of your appointment, the usual cancellation policies do apply.

Please refer to the cancellation section of my policies.


Caffeine:

Please avoid caffeine prior to your appointment, it causes your eyelids to flutter which makes my job much more difficult!


Parking:

I'm yet to have a neighbour complain, but the street is very narrow. If you could please park in my driveway (when available) or aim to park directly out the front of my property to avoid disruption to my neighbours, that would be truly appreciated!

Arrival:

Please send me a message to either my phone 0435768739, reply to the confirmation text or send me a message on Facebook or Instagram when you arrive and wait for me to respond before coming to the door.

I don't have the facilities available to have someone waiting in the room.

I promise I won't be too long!

I wish I didn't need to set some of these policies in place, but in order for me to run a successful business and keep afloat, it is imperative that I do.

I hope everyone understands and respects why I have these policies in place.
